The Village of Mamaroneck is located on the Long Island Sound in Westchester County, Approximately 23 miles north of New York City. Mamaroneck is situated in a key location with regard to regional transportation. Both I-95 and the Boston Post Road (US Route 1), a historically significant road, run through the Village providing connections south to New York City and north to New England. The Village is also situated along the Metro-North Railroad (New Haven line), a 40-minute train ride to Midtown Manhattan.
